Hi, I’m Carlee Flores, an Albuquerque REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Legacy. I help buyers and sellers throughout New Mexico, the North Valley, Rio Rancho, and all of Albuquerque navigate real estate with confidence, with a special passion for helping first-time homebuyers.

I graduated Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico with a BBA in Marketing and spent six months living and studying in Madrid, Spain. My background in marketing and international experience shaped the way I communicate, connect with people, and bring a fresh perspective to real estate.

I work alongside my mom, an experienced real estate broker, as part of our mother-daughter real estate team at Coldwell Banker Legacy. Together, we combine experience, modern marketing, local knowledge, and a personal approach to helping our clients make their next move.

Outside of real estate, I love traveling, reading, exploring Albuquerque, live music, and animals after more than a decade of fostering dogs.

Whether you’re buying your first home, making your next move, selling, or investing, I’d love to help.
